Our RIBA full design service provides comprehensive architectural support from initial brief to project completion, covering RIBA Work Stages 0–6. We manage each stage, including concept design, planning applications, technical design, tender documentation, and contract administration, producing coordinated drawings, specifications, and schedules to help ensure your project is delivered as intended.

Our feasibility service helps clients understand a property or site’s potential before committing to a purchase or full service appointment. By reviewing planning constraints, development opportunities, risks, and potenital costs, we clarify what may be possible and give you confidence to take the next step.

Our planning service supports clients through the design and planning stages of a project, including concept development, preparation of planning drawings and management of the planning application process. Once planning permission is secured, responsibility for technical design, construction and contract administration passes to the main contractor.

Our technical design service delivers a fully coordinated design pack, with detailed drawings and schedules that describe the works, enabling your builder to provide construction pricing. At this stage, if instructed, we can also prepare building regulations packs for submission to an approved inspector, liaise with party wall surveyors to ensure appropriate notices are issued, provide additional interior design services, and advise on the building contract with your builder.
